*By purchasing this sponsorship, the applicant agrees, acknowledges, and commits to the above referenced sponsorship/exhibitor package. Upon receipt of payment for said sponsorship/exhibitor package, Diamond Creek Management Group (DCMG) will provide a receipt for payment. Applicant acknowledges that this payment is non-refundable and is entering into an agreement with the UAMP and DCMG to be a part of the 2022 UAMP Mortgage Expo and will abide by the terms of the sponsorship set for by the UAMP and its event management company, DCMG.
