The Utah Association of Mortgage Professionals is excited to announce its upcoming mortgage expo. The UAMP Mortgage Expo is the largest and longest-running mortgage expo in Utah. The expo will feature dozens of exhibitors and a star-studded speaker lineup. The 2024 UAMP Mortgage Expo is the only expo in Utah endorsed by the Utah Association of Mortgage Professionals (UAMP) and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB).
The UAMP Mortgage Expo will be held in beautiful downtown Salt Lake City, Utah.

Blake currently serves as the first-ever Utah Republican on the House Ways and Means Committee, where he sits on the Health, Social Security, and Trade subcommittees. He also serves on the House Budget Committee to push for policies to reverse our national debt crisis and advocate for Utah’s defense community. Blake continues to represent Hill Air Force Base as co-chair of the Armed Forces and Depot caucuses, and he was elected in November of 2023 to join the House leadership ranks as the Vice Chair of the House Republican Conference. He is the first Utahn to ever be elected to House or Senate leadership.
Before being elected to Congress, Blake worked for small businesses and in the foreign service, experiences that now guide his work on domestic and foreign policy. As a Principal at Cicero Group, Blake worked primarily in the social impact, marketing research, and strategy practice areas leading projects and serving clients throughout Utah and the nation. He has expertise in education, financial services, public policy, healthcare, transportation, supply chain, and waste industries, and this work informs his customer service and problem solver approach in Washington, D.C., as he identifies ways to help the federal government better work for Northern Utah. His passion for helping organizations manage the change process drives his ambition to overcome partisan gridlock, improve federal agencies, and smartly streamline the nation’s bureaucracy.

Michael Fratantoni is MBA's Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of Research and Business Development. In this role, he oversees MBA's industry surveys and benchmarking studies, economic and mortgage originations forecasts, and policy development research for single-family and commercial/multifamily markets. Additionally, Fratantoni is a member of the Board of Directors of the CONVERGENCE Collaborative and the Smith Enterprise Risk Consortium’s (SERC’s) Advisory Council. MBA’s economics team received a Crystal Ball award from Pulsenomics for their home price predictions.
Before joining MBA, Fratantoni worked in risk management and senior economist roles at Washington Mutual and Fannie Mae. He received a Ph.D. in economics from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. from the College of William and Mary. He has been an adjunct professor at the University of Washington, Johns Hopkins, George Washington, and Georgetown Universities.
